Labour and Employment Law

We have supported a growing number of employers in respect of all types of issues pertaining to labour law. These comprise consultations regarding to tax and/or corporate law-related company restructures that often also affect the corporate structure of a business. We also frequently support the downsizing of companies imposed on these as a result of the banking crisis, by developing redundancy packages. To this end, we also negotiate directly with workers’ representatives and trade unions.

Furthermore, we provide advice in respect of social law-related follow-up questions (e.g. status determination procedures for Managing Directors) as well as payroll tax and social security audits.

Finally, we also very frequently represent employers in extrajudicial proceedings and before labour courts.
